Your Role and Responsibilities at The Aura Group

• The ability to estimate project plan/task given.
• Support and maintain applications, monitor applications and problem solving.
• Must be able to work with wireframe to program CMS and have the ability to make the application useful to a client.
• Must be able to perform cross platform testing and work around limitations of different browsers.
• Must have the ability to build and deploy applications.
• Ability to multi-task and work in a small, dynamic programming team with numerous responsibilities
• Must be efficient and have knowledge of detail design, database design, and business logic and have the ability to work with The Aura Group’s team to integrate design.

Technical Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 – 3 years Experience with ASP.net 2.0 through current 3.5 version, C/C#, VB & ADO.net
• MS Visual Studio 2003 or higher
• OOAD (Object Oriented Analysis & Design)
• Webservices
• XML, HTML, Javascript, CSS, Ajax
• MS.net Framework
• SQL and stored procedures.
• LINQ
• Third party tools and components.
• Experience working with third party API’s a plus.
• Good network knowledge with understanding of Windows web hosting environments including IIS, SMTP, POP, LDAP & TCP/IP.
• Experience with Reporting Tools is a positive.
• Experience in RDBMS such as MSSQL, MYSQL, Oracle etc.

Personal Qualifications:

• Applicant needs to be a self starter, take ownership of a project and be able to take direction as needed.
• Be able to think outside the box and be able to provide feedback to improve the project they are working on.
• An attention to detail and user experience is a must.
